We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Solutions Architect to join our ServiceNow Practice who can bring their knowledge into the practice and help shape its evolution and growth.
The role will provide a great opportunity to work on some unique and interesting projects that test the boundaries of the Now platform. To this end you will need to be innovative and enthusiastic and able to collaborate with other ServiceNow experts elsewhere in SopraSteria and with ServiceNow.

Due to the nature of the projects, we are only able to progress with British Nationals eligible for SC clearance.
What you'll be doing:
Solution Architecture
- Lead the architecture and design of enterprise ServiceNow solutions across the full project lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and supportable solution designs.
- Produce high-quality solution architectures aligned to ServiceNow best practice.
- Design solutions that balance business needs, technical quality and long-term platform sustainability.
Technical Leadership
- Provide architectural guidance to project teams throughout delivery.
- Collaborate with Platform Owners, Technical Consultants and Developers to ensure solutions align with architectural standards.
- Support technical decision-making, design reviews and governance activities.
- Promote engineering best practice across the ServiceNow Practice.
Enterprise Integration
- Design enterprise integration solutions using IntegrationHub, APIs and standard integration patterns.
- Support architecture for integrations with cloud and on-premise applications.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient and secure.
Platform Governance
- Contribute to architectural standards, governance frameworks and technical roadmaps.
- Promote reuse, standardisation and maintainable solution design.
- Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow platform strategy and industry best practice.

- Build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support pre-sales activities, technical workshops and solution discussions where required.
What you’ll bring:
- Significant experience designing enterprise ServiceNow solutions within complex enterprise or multi-client environments.
- Experience working as a ServiceNow Architect, Technical Architect, Principal Consultant or Lead Consultant with solution design responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design principles.
- Strong architectural experience across one or more core ServiceNow product areas (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, CSM or HRSD), with the ability to design solutions across the wider ServiceNow platform.
- Experience designing enterprise integrations using APIs, IntegrationHub and common integration patterns.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, extensibility and development best practice.
- Experience establishing architectural standards, governance and technical roadmaps.
- Experience translating business requirements into enterprise solution designs.
- ServiceNow CTA certification, or progress towards CTA with demonstrable experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow solution architecture.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent practical experience.
- ITIL v4 Foundation or higher.
- Hold, or be eligible to obtain, UK Security Clearance (SC)
It would be great if you had
- Experience working within secure or highly regulated environments.
- Experience with MID Servers, Discovery, CMDB and Service Mapping.
- Experience with secure-by-design principles.
- Experience mentoring technical teams or leading architectural communities.
- ITIL v4 certification.
- Experience supporting pre-sales or technical consultancy activities.
- ServiceNow CTA certification
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).

Salary:
- £84,000 - £104,000 per annum

- Bonus, £6,600 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, private medical, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund.
