About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to join our growing practice, supporting the delivery of ServiceNow HR Service & Delivery solutions.
In this role, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing project planning, governance, resourcing, financials, and reporting
- Proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies across the delivery lifecycle
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders, business subject matter experts (SMEs), and delivery teams to drive successful outcomes
- Ensuring alignment between business priorities and platform capabilities
- Leading key project ceremonies and managing delivery plans
- Maintaining clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders
With your experience in ServiceNow HRSD, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading high-level solution and design discussions and engaging functional and technical experts as needed.
This role provides an opportunity to further develop your ServiceNow project delivery expertise and leadership skills while contributing to high-impact digital transformation programmes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from conception to delivery
- Build and maintain project governance frameworks
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement)
- Ensure discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, rollout, change management, hypercare, and continuous improvement follow best practices
- Drive solution discussions and champion ServiceNow HRSD’s capabilities in design engagements
- Foster a collaborative and transparent environment across multi-functional teams
- Align business requirements with technical implementation strategies
- Represent Capgemini Invent internally and externally as a Thought Leader

Requirements
Essential Experience & Certifications
- ServiceNow accreditations at minimum:
- ServiceNow Foundations
- HR Service & Delivery (HRSD) Foundations
- Beneficial (but not mandatory):
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- Certified Information and Service Management (CIS) HRSD
- ScrumMaster certification
- Proven experience leading large global ServiceNow HRSD and HRIS implementations
- Strong expertise in project management tools:
- Jira, Microsoft Project, Miro, Microsoft Excel (intermediate), Microsoft PowerPoint
- Deep understanding of:
- HR operations
- The employee lifecycle
- How HR services are delivered across an organisation
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD, including:
- HR Case Management
- The Employee Centre
- HR Knowledge Management
- The HR Service Catalogue
- Employee Journeys
- Flows and Workbooks
- Clear understanding of the sales-to-delivery journey, including:
- How client opportunities progress from initial pursuit to proposal, mobilisation, and implementation
- Ability to effectively articulate ServiceNow HR and AI features to clients
Key Traits & Capabilities
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to interface effectively between senior stakeholders, business SMEs, and delivery teams
- Evidence of working within a typical technology delivery lifecycle, including:
- Discovery and requirements gathering
- Solution design
- Testing
- Rollout
- Change management
- Hypercare
- Continuous improvement
- Experience working within agile frameworks, including:
- Scrum
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) methodologies
