ServiceNow Risk Consultant | Remote (w/client travel) | Up to £90k
Overview
We are looking for a ServiceNow Risk Consultant to support organisations in transforming governance, risk management, and compliance capabilities through the effective use of ServiceNow.
Working closely with business stakeholders, you will help translate regulatory obligations, control requirements and governance objectives into practical processes and platform-enabled solutions. The role combines risk and compliance expertise with a strong understanding of how ServiceNow can support enterprise governance and operational effectiveness.
This is a functional consulting role and would suit someone with experience advising stakeholders, improving processes, and supporting business-led transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support governance, risk and compliance initiatives enabled by ServiceNow.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements, regulatory obligations, and control objectives.
- Assist in the design and optimisation of risk and compliance processes.
- Translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions and operating practices.
- Support regulatory and control framework alignment activities.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
- Collaborate with platform and delivery teams throughout implementation and transformation programmes.
- Provide advice on risk management best practices and process improvements.
- Support continuous improvement of governance and compliance capabilities.

Experience Required
- Experience with ServiceNow IRM transformation or related governance and compliance capabilities.
- Strong background within risk, compliance, governance, or operational resilience.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical processes and controls.
- Experience engaging with business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong communication and consulting skills.
