Business Technology is Capgemini Invent’s technology consulting and transformation advisory practice. Within Business Technology, our AI & Digital Acceleration team focuses on helping our clients deliver technology transformation programmes for business value and optimise the effectiveness and impact of their IT capability. We are looking to hire a Managing Consultant into AI & Digital Acceleration to help sell and deliver ServiceNow-enabled risk, cyber and resilience transformation programmes and grow the Business Technology portfolio within our clients.
As a Managing Consultant – Risk, Cyber & Resilience Transformation, you will help clients build secure, compliant and resilient enterprises by transforming risk management, security operations and governance processes using ServiceNow. You will act as a techno-functional SME across ServiceNow Security and Risk capabilities, helping organisations strengthen resilience while navigating evolving regulatory and AI governance requirements.
Key expectations from this role include:
Client Delivery & Advisory
- Define risk, cyber and resilience transformation strategies leveraging ServiceNow
- Advise senior stakeholders on:
- Risk operating models
- Cyber resilience
- Regulatory compliance
- AI governance and responsible AI
- Translate business requirements into integrated risk and security solutions
Risk & Compliance Transformation
- Support implementation of:
- Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- Controls, compliance and audit processes
- Enterprise risk management frameworks
- Align solutions to industry and regulatory standards
Security Operations Transformation
- Support implementation of:
- Vulnerability management
- Incident response
- Security operations workflows
- Enable integration with broader security ecosystems

AI Governance & Operational Resilience
- Support definition of:
- Responsible AI frameworks
- AI governance models
- AI Control Tower-aligned operating approaches
- Enable resilience, business continuity and crisis management capabilities
Business Development & Practice Contribution
- Contribute to proposals, RFPs and client pitches focused on risk and cyber transformation
- Support development of ServiceNow IRM and SecOps offerings
- Participate in thought leadership and market-facing initiatives
YOUR PROFILE
Core Experience
- Proven experience in risk, compliance, cyber security or resilience transformation consulting
- Experience delivering governance, risk or security transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk and regulatory environments
Technical & Functional Capabilities
- Experience in 2 or more of the following areas:
- ServiceNow IRM
- ServiceNow SecOps
- Cyber security transformation
- Risk and compliance management
- Operational resilience
- AI governance and responsible AI
- Understanding of:
- Regulatory frameworks (DORA, NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR)
- Security operations processes
- Risk management operating models
Consulting & Leadership Skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with CISO, CRO and Compliance leadership
- Ability to translate risk and security concepts into business outcomes
- Experience contributing to proposals and sales activities
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across business and technology teams
