ServiceNow Services Sales Specialist

Location: Europe / DACH / Remote
Working Model: Flexible / Hybrid / Remote

About the Company

An established European digital transformation and consulting organisation is expanding its ServiceNow practice and looking for an experienced ServiceNow Services Sales Specialist to support its next phase of growth.
With a strong presence across Europe and deep expertise across enterprise technology and digital transformation, the organisation works with major businesses to deliver strategic ServiceNow programmes, from platform implementation and optimisation through to managed services and AI-driven transformation.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial ServiceNow Services Sales Specialist to accelerate growth across Europe.
This is a new-business-focused sales role, with responsibility for identifying new clients, developing strategic relationships and building a sustainable pipeline of ServiceNow services opportunities.
You will work closely with internal solution teams, ServiceNow stakeholders and delivery leadership to position ServiceNow as a strategic platform for enterprise transformation and convert opportunities into long-term client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, develop and own a new client pipeline across Europe, with a strong focus on net-new logo acquisition
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to solution positioning, proposal, negotiation and close
  • Sell ServiceNow professional services, implementations, consulting and managed services
  • Position ServiceNow capabilities including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM/CRM, FSM, IRM, SPM and AI
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors and ServiceNow decision-makers
  • Work collaboratively with ServiceNow, pre-sales, architects and delivery teams to develop compelling customer solutions
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and develop long-term strategic accounts
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and CRM activity
  • Attend industry events, ServiceNow events and key customer meetings to generate new opportunities and strengthen relationships

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Sales Manager, Account Executive, Business Development Manager or similar
  • Strong track record selling ServiceNow services, consulting, implementations or managed services
  • Demonstrable success in new-business development and net-new logo acquisition
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow and the wider enterprise digital transformation landscape
  • Commercially confident when engaging with senior IT and business stakeholders
  • Ability to manage complex, consultative enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial and commercially driven
  • Fluent English; German and/or French would be highly advantageous

Desirable Experience

  • Established network across the European enterprise market
  • Existing relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Experience working for a ServiceNow partner, consultancy or systems integrator
  • Experience selling into financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, healthcare or public sector
  • Experience selling AI, automation or enterprise transformation services
  • Existing C-level relationships and a proven record of opening strategic accounts

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a commercially driven ServiceNow sales professional with a strong record of winning new business.
You should be comfortable operating in a consultative environment, building relationships from scratch, engaging senior stakeholders and translating ServiceNow capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a market, build strategic relationships and have a direct impact on the continued growth of a ServiceNow business across Europe.
