Shape the Future of Enterprise Transformation
At DXC Technology, we're helping some of the world's largest organisations transform the way they work. As demand for ServiceNow-led transformation continues to accelerate, we're looking for a high-performing ServiceNow Sales Professional to drive strategic growth across our UK and European business.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced enterprise sales professional who thrives on building executive relationships, shaping complex transformation programmes, and winning high-value opportunities. You'll work alongside industry-leading consultants, architects, and delivery teams to help clients unlock the full power of ServiceNow across IT, HR, Customer Operations, Security, and beyond.
If you're motivated by creating winning strategies, influencing senior decision-makers, and delivering transformational outcomes for global organisations, we'd love to hear from you.
The Opportunity
As a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, you'll lead the pursuit and development of strategic ServiceNow opportunities across both existing and new customers. This is not simply a platform sales role. You'll engage clients at board level, understand their business challenges, and position innovative, outcome-driven solutions that combine ServiceNow with DXC's consulting, engineering, and managed services capabilities.
You'll have the opportunity to work on some of the market's most exciting digital transformation programmes, helping organisations modernise operations, improve employee and customer experiences, and accelerate business value.
What You'll Be Doing
- Driving the full sales lifecycle for complex ServiceNow opportunities, from strategic engagement through to successful deal closure.
- Developing and executing account growth strategies that generate revenue and expand customer relationships.
- Building compelling business cases and transformation propositions focused on measurable outcomes.
- Engaging C-suite executives and senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
- Creating and winning multi-million-pound opportunities across the ServiceNow portfolio, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps and industry solutions.
- Collaborating with consulting, alliances, solution architecture, delivery, and partner teams to develop differentiated solutions.
- Identifying opportunities to extend customer value through DXC's broader digital transformation, cloud, application, and managed services offerings.
- Representing DXC within the ServiceNow ecosystem, industry events, and executive client engagements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company. These emails may request recipients to provide personal information or to make payments as part of their illegitimate recruiting process. DXC does not make offers of employment via social media networks and DXC never asks for any money or payments from applicants at any point in the recruitment process, nor ask a job seeker to purchase IT or other equipment on our behalf.
