ServiceNow Senior Engagement Manager

A leading global IT services firm is appointing a ServiceNow Senior Engagement Manager to take accountability for delivery across a portfolio of Expert Services engagements.

The role is customer-facing and delivery-led. It is not a hands-on build position. The post-holder is responsible for keeping large, complex engagements to schedule and budget, and acts as the operational point of contact for resourcing, scheduling and invoicing decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery against the statement of work
  • Establish governance, maintain RAID logs and change control, and escalate in good time
  • Schedule consultants across live engagements and address coverage gaps
  • Prepare regular status reports covering utilisation, risk, actions and financial burn
  • Work with finance and commercial teams on invoicing, actuals and forecasting
  • Manage resource onboarding and offboarding, and hold the operational customer relationship

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
