ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant

A leading global IT services firm is appointing a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant to design and deliver workflow solutions across Expert Services engagements.

The role is technical and customer-facing. The post-holder leads solution design, from workshops and specifications through configuration, integrations and testing, and is accountable for the quality of what the team delivers.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate requirements into specifications and user stories aligned to business objectives
  • Lead workshops to assess current-state processes and define the future-state design
  • Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and guide configuration, integrations and testing
  • Review and validate technical deliverables, including work produced by partners or the customer
  • Mentor consultants and maintain a consistent standard of implementation across engagements
  • Apply AI where it improves the workflow, the decision or the documentation

Requirements:

  • ServiceNow professional services or consulting experience
  • A background in professional services, a global systems integrator, or an IT services firm
  • Strong platform knowledge across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM or workflows, with hands-on solution design and integration experience
  • A track record of delivering complex ServiceNow solutions and guiding customers on business value
  • ServiceNow certification, including CSA, CAD or CIS
  • The ability to lead smaller engagements and coach other consultants

Package:

  • £80,000–£120,000 basic, plus benefits and bonus
