Are you an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect looking to work on some of the most complex and innovative enterprise transformation programmes?
We're partnering with a leading global technology consultancy seeking Technical Architects at Associate Manager and Manager level to help deliver large-scale ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients across multiple industries. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud, AI, and digital transformation projects while shaping technical strategy and mentoring high-performing delivery teams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the technical architecture and design of enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating business challenges into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical leadership across complex transformation programmes, ensuring solution quality and architectural best practice.
- Lead and mentor teams of ServiceNow Developers through code reviews, design governance, and technical coaching.
- Design and deliver integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms, cloud services, and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide technical recommendations, assess risks, and drive successful project outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies, technical standards, and service offerings.
- Stay at the forefront of new ServiceNow capabilities, AI innovations, and emerging platform features through ongoing learning and certifications.

What We're Looking For
- Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions in a Technical Architect or Technical Lead capacity.
- Experience leading and mentoring ServiceNow development teams.
- Expertise across multiple ServiceNow product lines, including at least three beyond ITSM, such as:
- ITOM
- ITAM
- HAM/SAM
- SPM
- HRSD
- CSM
- Strong scripting and integration experience using JavaScript, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills with the ability to communicate technical solutions to both business and technical audiences.
- Passion for technical leadership, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Desirable Experience
- 5+ ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
- Experience delivering AI or GenAI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.
- Consulting or enterprise software background.
- Working towards or interested in achieving ServiceNow Certified Master Architect status.
