ServiceNow Technical Consultant (SecOps & Integrations)

Contract: 3 months
Location: Remote (UK)
Start: Within 2 weeks

The role

Our client needs an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant for a 3-month remote contract. You will design and deliver ServiceNow solutions, focusing on Security Operations (SecOps) and integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms. This is a hands-on role. You will work closely with stakeholders and start delivering quickly.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, build and support ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers and IntegrationHub
  • Configure and develop ServiceNow SecOps modules, such as Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response
  • Write custom scripts, workflows and flows that follow ServiceNow best practice
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems across the platform
  • Work with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Essential skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development
  • Strong integration experience with external systems and tools
  • Proven SecOps project experience within ServiceNow
  • Solid scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules and Script Includes
  • Confident working remotely and on your own initiative
