Job Role: ServiceNow Technical Consultant
Location: London, Manchester or Edinburgh
The Opportunity
We're partnering with a leading global technology consultancy and one of the most recognised ServiceNow partners in the world. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to work on some of the largest and most complex ServiceNow transformations, helping enterprise organisations unlock the full potential of the platform.
You'll work with global clients across multiple industries, acting as a trusted advisor while designing and delivering innovative ServiceNow solutions that drive business transformation. With significant investment in AI, GenAI and emerging ServiceNow capabilities, this is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to remain at the forefront of the ServiceNow ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the architecture and design of complex ServiceNow solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
- Translate business challenges into scalable ServiceNow platform solutions
- Provide technical leadership across large transformation programmes
- Guide clients through governance, architecture and platform strategy decisions
- Lead and mentor teams of ServiceNow Developers and Technical Consultants
- Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews and technical quality assurance activities
- Drive best practice adoption across ServiceNow implementations
- Support business development activities and identify opportunities to deliver additional client value
- Contribute to the evolution of implementation methodologies and service offerings

About You
- Strong ServiceNow Architecture and Development experience
- Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers
- Minimum of 5+ ServiceNow CIS Certifications
- Advanced JavaScript, SQL and API integration skills
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with AWS, Azure or GCP environments
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting capabilities
- Ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and business audiences
- Passion for continuous learning and staying current with the latest ServiceNow innovations
Desirable Experience
- Previous consulting or professional services experience
- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise platform transformations
- Experience working within highly regulated industries
