ServiceNow Technical Product Owner – IT, Facilities & Finance
The ServiceNow Technical Product Owner – IT, Facilities & Finance role is responsible for defining the product vision, roadmaps, managing the product backlog and ensuring delivered solutions meet the needs of our organisation and associates.
This role bridges business needs across multiple functions, service operations, and engineering execution, ensuring scalable, automated, and user-centric service experiences across IT, workplace and functional domains.
While IT Service Management is growing in maturity the role will also lead the stand up and operationalisation of service management capabilities for Facilities & Finance.
This position reports to the Enterprise Service Management leader and is part of the Enterprise Applications Team in Danaher Corporate and will be fully remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Define and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmaps for IT, Facilities & Finance, aligning platform investments with business objectives and associate experience goals.
- Own and prioritise the product backlog and Agile delivery lifecycle, translating business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and high-value outcomes.
- Partner with senior IT, Facilities, and Finance business leaders to drive service transformation, process optimisation, self-service adoption, and operational excellence.
- Lead the adoption of AI, automation, and digital capabilities, including Generative AI and workflow automation, while ensuring governance, scalability, and measurable business value.
- Establish product success metrics and drive continuous improvement, leveraging service performance, adoption insights, and stakeholder feedback to enhance platform capabilities and reduce technical debt.

The essential requirements of the job include:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as Product owner, Platform Owner, or ServiceNow lead.
- Proven ServiceNow ITSM implementation experience, including UI’s such as Employee Service Centre.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels.
Travel Requirements:
The role will require occasional travel globally for stakeholder workshops and events up to 15%.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM etc)
- Workplace/Facilities and Finance service delivery platforms.
- IT technology transformation in complex enterprise environments, including AI automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR Technology or a related field.
- ITIL v4 Foundation.

Salary:
The annual salary range is £80,000 - £100,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
