Job Type: Hybrid (3 days per week)
Employment type: Fixed term contract (12 months Duration)

Job Description:
Role Summary
The Test Engineer will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance across ServiceNow implementations, AI-enabled workflows, and platform releases. The role will also include validation of AI-generated outcomes and automated testing.
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years ServiceNow testing experience
- Experience within regulated European enterprises
- Experience with AI validation and test automation
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and AI validation test cases
- Implement automated testing using ATF and enterprise testing frameworks
- Validate AI-generated recommendations, prompts, and agent responses
- Perform release assurance and quality governance activities
- Support UAT and production deployment readiness reviews
- Ensure auditability and traceability of testing activities

Regulatory & Industry Experience
Candidates must demonstrate:
- Minimum 5 years' experience working in regulated European environments
- Experience supporting organizations governed by:
- GDPR
- DORA
- FCA/PRA
- EBA/EIOPA guidelines
- ISO 27001
- Operational Resilience Frameworks
- Preference for experience in:
- Banking
- Insurance
- Financial Services
- Healthcare
- Utilities
- Public Sector
Soft Skills
- Strong stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience working within multi-vendor environments
- Ability to engage with senior business and technology stakeholders
