ServiceNow Transformation Consultant - Business Advisory
Are you someone who can take a ServiceNow conversation beyond workflows and into how a business should operate?
Do you enjoy helping clients identify where ServiceNow can create genuine business value, shape the right transformation approach and define the roadmap before delivery even begins?
Most ServiceNow roles begin once the solution has already been agreed. This one starts much earlier.
I'm supporting an established consultancy that is expanding its business-led ServiceNow capability. They're looking for someone who can engage senior stakeholders, understand how an organisation currently operates and identify where better processes, automation and technology could deliver meaningful improvement.
In this role, your focus isn't configuration or implementation. You'll work at the front end of transformation programmes, exploring challenges across areas such as purchasing, supplier operations, financial services and shared business functions.
You'll facilitate discovery sessions, assess existing processes and help clients prioritise where change will have the greatest impact. From there, you'll develop the business case, recommended approach and practical roadmap needed to turn those ideas into a deliverable programme.

Typical responsibilities will include:
- Leading workshops with operational and senior business stakeholders
- Reviewing processes, pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Identifying suitable uses for ServiceNow beyond traditional IT workflows
- Shaping transformation plans, investment cases and delivery priorities
- Connecting business requirements with appropriate platform capabilities
- Supporting client proposals and the continued development of the consultancy's offering
Your job is to understand the challenge, shape the transformation approach and help clients translate ambitious business goals into practical, ServiceNow-enabled outcomes.
I'm interested in people who combine ServiceNow knowledge with business transformation experience. Your background might be in ServiceNow consulting, digital transformation, process improvement or enterprise workflow programmes.
Salary up to £90,000 plus bonus and benefits.
The role offers flexible hybrid working, with occasional office attendance and client travel at important stages of a programme. Several UK base locations are available.
