Our Client is hiring to support a public service team with the design and delivery of secure ServiceNow solutions. This is a hands-on architecture role where you'll help shape an effective, sustainable platform—balancing business outcomes, technical standards, and long-term scalability.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the architecture design and delivery of secure ServiceNow solutions
- Define architectural standards and architecture principles aligned to business and technology needs
- Apply Common Service Data Model (CSDM) principles—designing data structures and guiding implementation
- Produce clear solution design documentation and technical direction for delivery teams
- Ensure the ServiceNow platform is built to be scalable, secure, and sustainable
- Support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems/third-party applications
- Partner with technical teams and stakeholders to maintain strong alignment across delivery

What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect
- Practical, hands-on ServiceNow architecture experience across the platform and its capabilities
- Strong CSDM knowledge, including data modelling and implementation approach
- Ability to design solutions that stand up in complex enterprise environments
- Experience defining technical standards and shaping solution documentation
- Confident stakeholder engagement and communication across technical and business audiences
- A background that includes public sector or complex enterprise exposure (desirable)
