Your new company I'm looking for a ServiceNow/ITSM Workflow Consultant who can work for a credible business on a contract basis. This role will be a hybrid working role. The requirement will be to deliver a consultancy piece.
Your new role The ServiceNow / ITSM Workflow Consultant role sits within the Computacenter Tech Ops Res suite of services to configure and improve ITSM workflows, evidence capture and operational controls that support Operational Resilience delivery.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience configuring or designing workflows in ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms.
- Understanding of ITSM processes including incident, change, problem, service request, CMDB, knowledge, continuity actions and reporting.
- Ability to convert process requirements into user stories, workflow designs, form requirements and data capture rules.
- Experience with evidence management, reporting, dashboards, automation or system-of-record design is desirable.
- Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to balance platform capability, user experience, governance and resilience evidence requirements.
