DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the Role
The Services Sales Manager Nordics plays a critical role in driving services revenue growth across the Nordic region.
This position is responsible for expanding the adoption of Exclusive Networks' Services portfolio by developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing partner relationships, and enabling vendors and resellers to successfully position and sell services to their end customers.
The Services Sales Manager is a senior, quota-carrying, business development and sales role responsible for driving services revenue through Exclusive Networks' Nordic channel ecosystem, including VARs, solution providers, managed service providers, system integrators, and strategic vendor partners.
The role combines strategic business development, channel engagement, account management, and services evangelization to support Exclusive Networks' continued growth across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, UK and Iceland.
The position reports directly to the Regional Services Business Director.
As The Services Sales Manager, You Will
- Drive the strategic and operational growth of Exclusive Networks' Professional Services, Educational Services, Support and Financial Services portfolio across the Nordic region.
- Act as the primary Services Ambassador for partners, vendors, and internal sales teams.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with existing and new resellers, integrators, MSPs, and strategic partners.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with partners, vendor sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and execute territory growth plans aligned with regional revenue objectives.
- Generate, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline while consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Work closely with Vendor Management, Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to position and sell services opportunities.
- Support partners in identifying customer challenges and aligning Professional, Educational, and Financial Services to customer business outcomes.
- Develop compelling value propositions, proposals, statements of work, and commercial offers in collaboration with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene, providing clear visibility into pipeline progression and revenue expectations.
- Lead customer and partner meetings, workshops, business reviews, and sales enablement activities.
- Identify market trends, competitive developments, and emerging opportunities to support regional growth strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues, partners, and customers across multiple countries, contributing to the ongoing expansion of the services business throughout the Nordics.
- Travel throughout the Nordic region when required to support partners, customers, vendors, and business development initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About You
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Minimum 5 years of experience in services sales, channel sales, business development, account management, or a related commercial role within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of generating new business opportunities and developing sales pipelines.
- High level technical awareness and knowledge of cyber security and positioning of solutions.
- Experience working within the IT channel ecosystem, including resellers, distributors, vendors, system integrators, or managed service providers.
- Experience selling or promoting Professional Services, Managed Services, Cloud Services, Security Services, Training Services, or related technology solutions.
- Strong commercial mindset with a demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed revenue and pipeline objectives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience engaging with decision-makers at all levels, including senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to develop trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Strong negotiation, opportunity management, and forecasting skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a regional, multi-country environment.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Fluent English is required, together with fluency in the local language of the country of residence (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish, depending on location).
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the Nordic region when required.
