The AMO CT Support Manager provides technical leadership and engineering ownership for Coiled Tubing (CT) Surface Equipment and CT Downhole Tools. The role is accountable for the in-service integrity, reliability, compliance, and lifecycle performance of CT equipment across the fleet.
As a Services Senior Manager - ARMO Management, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as engineering owner for CT surface equipment and tools including reels, injectors, pressure systems, controls, and powerpacks
- Leading sustaining engineering response for failures, non-conformances, and performance issues including RCA and corrective actions
- Governing operating envelopes, inspection requirements, repair limits, refurbishment standards, and upgrade strategies
- Driving reliability, standardization, and lifecycle cost reduction initiatives
- Providing engineering input for AMO tenders and projects
- Providing sustaining engineering oversight for CT downhole tools and support tool failure investigations
- Leading and mentoring sustaining engineers and technical specialists

- Have a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
- Have 10+ years Coiled Tubing experience with in-depth surface equipment expertise
- Have 5+ years Global CT operational experience
- Have strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Have experience with pressure containing equipment, mechanical systems, hydraulics, and controls
- Have strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Engineering, AMO, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain
- Have a structured problem-solving mindset with experience driving RCA and continuous improvement
- Have the ability to influence without authority and lead technical decisions in complex operational environments
