Mills CNC holds exclusive distribution rights for DN Solutions and Zayer Machine Tools in the UK and Ireland, catering to a diverse range of manufacturing businesses by offering comprehensive CNC machine tools and automation solutions tailored to their specific requirements. Our machines, including lathes and machining centres, are widely utilized in various manufacturing companies, exemplifying our extensive presence in the industry. Areas of manufacturing covered include: Aerospace Power generation Motorsport Oil and gas Medical Automotive Precision component manufacture

Our field-based Servicing Team forms an essential part of our business, and we are currently seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about taking their career to the next level. We have an exciting opportunity for the right engineer to join our expanding department and help Mills maintain our position as the leading service providers in the industry. What you’ll be doing: Carrying out scheduled maintenance of the DN Solutions Machines and others in accordance with our internal servicing standards Diagnosing faults and making repairs where appropriate Fostering strong professional relationships with all Mills CNC clients Ensuring strict compliance with our internal health and safety protocols and procedures. A qualified engineer with recognised apprenticeship Living within the Greater Manchester area to attend customers primarily in the North of England. The successful candidate may also be asked to attend customer sites throughout UK and Ireland when required. A professional and effective communicator A strong proactive attitude and approach to resolving issues on site. Knowledge of CNC turning and milling machine tools Experience in CNC Machine Tool maintenance (desirable) CNC control experience on Fanuc, Siemens or Heidenhain control (desirable) In addition to the standard 25 days of annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays) and an attractive salary package, the selected candidate will enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits, such as life assurance, Vitality health insurance, and discounts at renowned gyms and retailers nationwide, among other perks available through our employee benefits scheme.
