Support Engineer
Paying up to £40,000 | Hybrid (2 weeks in office, 1 week remote)
Offices based in London by Kings Cross

Join a team of three delivering IT support across an established, multi site organisation. This is not a ticket factory role.

You'll handle 1st and 2nd line support across a technology estate covering Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, networking and endpoint management.

  • Experience in an IT support or service desk environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 experience
  • Excellent communication
