Service Desk Engineer position (Contract)
Part Time Tuesday and Thursdays required by a Professional Services Firm in close proximity to Charing Cross Station and paying up to £200pd. You will be part of the London IT Department and be responsible for BAU Support as well as taking lead in their hardware deployment project. You will be working closely with the IT Manager in order to decommission hardware, Troubleshooting, re-imaging devices and deployment.
The company is an American Firm and have an annual turn over of $500m which specialise in providing advanced support to high-end clientèle within various sectors. We are looking for a confident, charismatic individual with experience within Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, Intune, Autopilot and previous experience in laptop deployment projects.

Responsibilities
- Assist with laptop roll-out for London office users
- Imaging laptops to Windows 11 OS via Autopilot
- Scheduling deployment of laptops with end users
- Assisting users with profile setup on laptop and restoring data
- Updating asset management system
- Provide basic IT tasks within the London office

Experience
- Previous experience of laptop deployment projects
- Experience of MS Intune and Autopilot
- Experience of Windows 10 and 11
- Experience of working with end users
- Good communications skills
- Basic desktop support experience
- IT Troubleshooting skills
- Diagnostic and resolution skills
