Volunteer Session Facilitators
RTWV Academy Ltd is looking for passionate, confident, and faith-aligned individuals to join our growing team as Volunteer Session Facilitators in the United Kingdom and Nigeria.

Role Type: Volunteer
Location: United Kingdom & Nigeria
Time Commitment: Approximately 8–10 hours per week, depending on scheduled sessions
Working Pattern: Flexible and event-based
Reports To: Outreach Coordinator
Training: Full RTWV Facilitator Training provided
Start: Following successful onboarding and completion of required training and safeguarding checks

What You’ll Be Doing
- Complete the full RTWV Facilitator Training Programme before independently delivering any session.
- Deliver RTWV-approved sessions in secondary schools, universities, Christian fellowships/CUs, churches, youth organisations, and other approved settings.
- Facilitate discussions, Q&A sessions, activities, and participant engagement professionally.
- Distribute and collect RTWV feedback forms after sessions.
- Submit a Session Report Form within 24 hours of every delivery.
- Deliver RTWV materials as approved and never modify programme content without authorisation.
- Follow RTWV safeguarding procedures and immediately escalate safeguarding concerns appropriately.
- Attend quarterly Facilitator Review and Development meetings.
- Represent RTWV Academy with professionalism, compassion, integrity, and alignment with our Christian values.

Who We’re Looking For
You should be a confident communicator who can connect naturally with young people. You must identify with the Christian faith and genuinely align with RTWV’s biblical values and mission.
Experience in teaching, mentoring, youth work, counselling, coaching, pastoral care, ministry, or public speaking is beneficial but not compulsory.
UK volunteers must complete the appropriate safeguarding and DBS requirements applicable to their activities before working directly with children. Nigeria volunteers must complete RTWV’s required identity verification, references/background screening, safeguarding training, and any additional checks required for the placement.
All Facilitators must sign the RTWV Volunteer Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Safeguarding Policy.
