Sessional English Tutors
CALAT is recruiting sessional Functional Skills English tutors. We have a variety of programmes we are recruiting for including short courses and some exciting new online fast track programmes from Entry 3 to Level 2. The vacancies are for daytimes, evenings and Saturdays.
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated sessional English tutors to teach on our courses.
CALAT has been at the forefront of Adult Education in Croydon for over 70 years and we continue to deliver high quality courses with passion and dedication and a commitment to providing our learners with great facilities and support.

We are a Grade 2 (Good) provider and have flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.
Requirements
As a condition of employment all applicants should be qualified in their subject with a teaching or training qualification, Level 3 Award in Education & Training / Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTTLS) or equivalent as a minimum. Tutors holding the equivalent to a Level 4 Certificate in Education & Training / Certificate in the Lifelong Learning Sector (CTLLS), or above, start at Pt 4 - £26.82 (including holiday) per hour.
CALAT Sessional Lecturer Conditions:
Band 1, Pts 3 to 8 - £25.52 to £32.05 (including holiday pay) per hour.
