Are you a skilled professional looking to make your mark on one of the most ambitious infrastructure projects in the UK?

We are seeking a highly motivated Setting Out Site Engineer to join our client's dynamic Construction Team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise to a major infrastructure initiative, ensuring precision, safety, and excellence in every aspect of site development.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead the site engineering control and implementation of structural works, including steel and concrete elements.
  • Execute precise setting out and surveying using total station controllers.
  • Monitor progress, analyze daily records, and manage subcontractor workflows.
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, inspection test plans, and safety documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve site constraints and maintain project timelines.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in large-scale civil infrastructure projects, specifically structural RC works.
  • Proficiency in setting out techniques (Level, EDM, GPS) and reading complex technical drawings.
  • Strong understanding of contract documents and material scheduling.
  • Must possess a current driving license and valid CSCS card.

  • GBP53 per hour Umbrella (Inside IR35)
  • 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday
