Job Title: Settlement Agreement Lawyer
PQE: 4+ PQE
Location: Essex
Salary: Dependent on experience (DOE)
The Role:
The expanding employment team is looking for an additional Lawyer to focus on settlement agreement advice which the firm receives a consistent stream of instructions for. If you’re looking for a role offering you the opportunity to deal with advisory and settlement matters then this is the role for you! The role will require the appointed individual to advise employees on proposed settlement agreements, advising on restrictive covenants, negotiating improvements to financial and non-financial terms as well as providing advice as and when required to make agreements legally effective.

The Candidate:
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 4 years of experience advising on settlement agreements. Ideal Lawyers will be experienced in all aspects of employment law and have a sound track record in advising on settlement agreements. Superb opportunity for someone who would like to focus on advisory settlement matters.
The Firm:
With ambitious growth plans, this regional practice is offering a rare opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their established and growing practice. There is a steady flow of work for the appointed Lawyer to hit the ground running with along with the strong regional reputation the firm have in the local market for you to further develop your career.
