Oversee daily transaction reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Process settlements, payments, refunds, chargeback fees, and adjustments.
  • Review settlement data and investigate transaction discrepancies.
  • Reconcile client accounts and identify missing, duplicate, underpaid, or overpaid transactions.
  • Prepare settlement reports, payment confirmations, and supporting analyses.
  • Collaborate with banks, payment processors, and other financial partners.
  • Maintain accurate settlement records and update relevant internal systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve settlement workflows and mitigate operational risks.
  • Ensure settlement activities comply with internal policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in settlement, reconciliation, or financial operations within fintech, payments, banking, or crypto.
  • Strong understanding of transaction reconciliation, settlement flows, refunds, fees, and adjustments.
  • Experience working with payment processors, banks, and/or crypto exchanges.
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to investigate discrepancies.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of blockchain technology is considered an advantage.
  • Russian Speaking Candidates preferred.
