We have an exciting opportunity for a Sewing Technician to join our team at our Sheffield Manufacturing site. As Sewing Technician, you will ensure customer orders are processed effectively to satisfy the requirements of the clinician/patient. To ensure productivity and product quality targets are achieved.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Pattern cutting, Bonding and Stitching covering materials.
  • Using a variety of sewing machines.
  • Creating fully bespoke product lines
  • Ensuring product quality standards.
  • Interpreting customer orders.

What are we looking for? As Sewing Technician, you will have the following.

Essential skills

  • Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
  • Capable of working to drafts and measures supplied by clinicians.
  • Good hand skills & dexterity
  • Competent in the operation of all industrial sewing/cutting machines.
  • Highly self-motivated individual.
  • Positive and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good team working skills
