Share Plan Coordinator
This Share Plan Coordinator role in London for a leading international infrastructure and resources business focuses on supporting the administration and management of employee share plans. Description
- Manage the day-to-day administration of employee share plans.
- Provide support to employees with queries related to share plans.
- Work closely with external providers to ensure compliance and accuracy in share plan operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for share plan participants.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management on share plan performance.
- Coordinate with the HR, payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate processing of share-related transactions.
- Keep updated on relevant regulations and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Support the HR department with any additional share plan-related tasks as required.

Profile
A successful Share Plan Coordinator should have:
- Experience in managing employee share plans or similar compensation schemes.
- A strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to share plans.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with employees and external providers.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for record-keeping and reporting.
