About The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Share Plan Administrator to support the administration and governance of Reckitt's global employee and executive share plans.

As part of the Share Plans Team, the successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of equity plans across approximately 60 countries, ensuring plan activities are delivered accurately, efficiently and in compliance with applicable regulatory, tax and governance requirements.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to executive remuneration, corporate governance and global equity compensation within a FTSE 100 environment

Your responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end administration of global employee and executive share plans, including annual grant, vesting and exercise events.
  • Coordinate with external share plan providers, trustees and advisors to ensure transactions are processed accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Manage internal queries relating to share plan participation, vesting, exercises and share ownership.
  • Maintain accurate participant records and plan data across internal systems and administration platforms, including employee details, employment status and mobility records.
  • Support compliance with share plan rules, UK Listing Rules, Corporate Governance requirements and other applicable regulations.
  • Partner with HR, Reward, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Tax and external advisers to deliver share plan events globally.
  • Coordinate country-specific requirements relating to tax withholding, securities regulations and payroll reporting.

The experience we're looking for

  • Experience in share plans, equity compensation, executive compensation administration, employee benefits or a related administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
