What you'll do
- Support the delivery, administration and governance of employee share plans across the Group.
- Manage day-to-day share plan operations, ensuring activities are completed accurately, compliantly and on time.
- Prepare regulatory filings, governance documentation, reports and share plan disclosures.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and coordinate with external providers to support plan administration.
- Drive improvements to share plan processes, controls and documentation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Contribute to projects including new share plan implementation, regulatory changes and system or process enhancements.

What you bring
- Previous experience administering employee share plans, ideally including SEYE and ESPP schemes.
- Experience using EquatePlus and Computershare.
- Degree educated or equivalent, with experience in a corporate reward, compensation or share plans environment.
- Good understanding of employee share schemes and UK corporate governance requirements.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with strong communication skills and the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
