Share Plans & Reward Manager – Investment Management

£65000 - £85 000 + On Target bonus of 20%

My client is an established investment management business looking to hire a Share Plans & Reward Manager into its London-based HR team. The business has a collaborative culture and offers considerable exposure across the organisation.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role with responsibility for two specialist areas of reward: the administration of employee share plans and the management of regulatory remuneration deferrals. There may also be an opportunity to become involved in broader HR activity, making this a varied position with good exposure across the business.

Share Plan Management

  • Manage the end-to-end administration of employee share plans, including grants, vesting, exercises, forfeitures, and lapses.
  • Run annual grant and vesting cycles, including calculations, documentation, and participant communications.
  • Maintain accurate share plan records and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders and external providers.
  • Support associated regulatory, tax, accounting, and reporting requirements.
  • Manage annual share scheme reporting and statutory filings, respond to employee queries, and provide ad hoc management reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
