A leading manufacturer is currently recruiting for an Exec Reward and Share Plan Manager on a full-time, permanent basis in London.

Salary

£65,000 - £70,000 + up to 20% bonus + pension contribution up to 15% + annual reward scheme

Key Responsibilities

  • Review share award activity and provide oversight across plan movements and lifecycle events
  • Deliver tax technical support across vest events, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Manage tax withholding requirements linked to share plan activity
  • Coordinate and support tax reporting obligations for share plan events
  • Build effective working relationships with the share plan administrator and external tax advisers/providers
  • Support executive compensation administration, with a development path into broader executive reward work
  • Analyse and interpret large datasets, applying sound judgement and critical thinking to identify and resolve issues

Key Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong tax technical capability gained in a professional services / advisory environment (or equivalent in-house)
  • Demonstrable share plans experience, including vest events and associated tax considerations
  • ATT qualified or clear progress through ATT tax exams (or equivalent)
  • Relevant experience at Assistant Manager level (or equivalent)
  • High attention to detail, with the confidence to challenge and provide another set of eyes on complex activity
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with high-volume, detailed data
  • Experience in Employment Tax / Global Employment Tax / Global Mobility (desirable)
  • Exposure to executive compensation (desirable; training can be provided)
