About The Role
The Heathrow Shared Apprenticeship Scheme are seeking a motivated and hardworking team member to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin a career within an exciting and busy department, supporting the ongoing operations for the scheme at the UK's busiest airport. The purpose of this role is to lead on compliance and managing the process of airport security passes, as well as supporting Shared Apprenticeship Scheme with recruitment and day-to-day duties to ensure the department runs efficiently and smoothly.
In Addition, You Will Carry Out The Following Tasks:
- Leading on airside pass related activities.
- Ensuring document compliance for both apprentices and contractors.
- Co-ordinating CSCS and L1 Health & Safety training.
- Ensuring document compliance from both apprentices and contractors.
- Ensuring all centralised documentation is always stored correctly and is up to date.
- Maintaining and updating internal systems.
- Managing compliance and airside pass trackers.
- Creation of apprentice contracts and induction documents.
- Assisting with apprentice payroll.
- Filing, scanning and general administration.
- Communicating with third parties to obtain information and data on behalf of candidates and apprentices.
- Requesting references via email
- Resolving airside pass rejections

About You
The desired skills for this role include:
- A great communicator with a good telephone manner.
- Good attention to detail.
- To be proactive and use own initiative when appropriate.
- Experience with Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Have great time management and multitasking skills.
- Previous office or administration experience.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have/be:
- Good standard of written English
- Able to communicate at all levels
- A logical thinker who is eager to learn and develop
- Punctual and able to meet deadlines
- Highly organised with strong people skills

About The Company
The Heathrow Shared Apprenticeship Scheme is run by K10 Apprenticeships Ltd who were founded in 2010 to address the declining number of apprentices working in the construction sector and the difficulties contractors faced when committed to delivering effective apprenticeship programmes.

K10 is a Flexi-job Apprenticeship Agency (FJAA), accredited by the National Apprenticeship Service (NAS), that manages the delivery of high-quality apprenticeships within the construction sector. It is independent of any other organisation whilst working in collaboration with government, local authorities, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, training providers and 3rd sector organisations.
Job Type: Full-time. Non-Apprenticeship role.
