Job Title: Shared Ownership Resales Senior Consultant
Location: Woodley
Brand: SOWN
Working hours:
- Monday - Friday 8-45am to 5-30pm
- Every other Saturday 10am - 4pm
Salary:
- up to £33,000 OTE

Job Summary and key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Ringing through new enquiries received into the department
- Dealing with listing enquiries and listing properties for sale completing all documentation
- Delivering buyers results of their affordability assessments
- Booking and (for some stock) carrying out property viewings
- Attending client virtual/physical meetings
- Regular call outs to the active sales database
- Obtaining and providing viewing feedback to clients
- Generate solicitor referrals on new sales for buyers and sellers for additional department and individual income
- Completing monthly reports for our Housing Providers when required
- Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone/Teams and face to face
- Working towards and achieving personal and department targets
- Handling and agreeing offers and price reductions
- Representing the company in a professional manner
- Advising sellers on Shared Ownership processes and criteria
- Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, Housing Associations and Registered Providers.

What are we looking for:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure and the ability to prioritise accordingly
- Sales experience with previous track record in sales
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Have strong people and communication skills
- Enjoy working with the public over the phone and face to face
- Be results orientated and driven to succeed
- Work towards becoming skilled at generating viewing and cross selling opportunities and hitting targets
- Computer literate
- Be a team player
