Shared Ownership Sales Negotiator - New Homes Development
Salary: £35,000 basic + up to £20,000 commission per annum + £66 pcm phone allowance
Location: South West London
Hours: 5 days per week including every Saturday; alternating Sundays or Wednesdays off

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Shared Ownership Sales Negotiator to join a busy on-site sales team at a sought-after new homes development in Kingston upon Thames. You will take the lead on shared ownership sales, guiding buyers through the process from initial enquiry through to completion.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional who knows the shared ownership market inside out and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and nurture leads through proactive outreach and marketing activity
- Manage your own sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to exchange and completion
- Guide prospective buyers through the shared ownership purchase process, ensuring a smooth and compliant customer journey
- Hit and exceed individual sales targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of shared ownership eligibility criteria, regulations, and local housing priorities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every touch point
About You
- Demonstrable experience in shared ownership sales - this is essential
- Confident taking ownership of a site and driving sales independently
- Strong understanding of the shared ownership staircasing process and eligibility requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working towards targets
- Able to work every Saturday with flexibility on other days
