Company Description

SOWN Shared Ownership is a specialist property company dedicated exclusively to the Shared Ownership market, helping people buy homes without compromise. Evolved from LRG and established in 2018, the business focuses on selling both new build and re-sale Shared Ownership homes, with hubs in Wokingham, London, Manchester, Bishops Stortford, Yorkshire, and Nottingham. The team provides expert support throughout the home buying journey, making shared ownership accessible and straightforward.

Role Description

This is a hybrid role with office days based in Reading. The candidate will be responsible for supporting customers through every stage of their Shared Ownership move. This role manages the end-to-end process once a homebuyer has reserved a property, including coordinating solicitors, housing providers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely completion. The Move Manager will guide customers through the process, ensuring accurate records in property systems, tracking progress against key milestones, and proactively identifying any risks or delays. The role also involves collaborating with sales and marketing colleagues, contributing to process improvements, and delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
