Job Title: Shared Ownership Senior Sales Consultant
Location: Woodley
Brand: SOWN
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm. Every other Saturday 10am - 4pm
Salary: up to £32,000 OTE
Please note that for this role, you must hold a full UK driving licence.

Established in 2018 with hubs in Wokingham, London and Nottingham, SOWN specialises in selling both new-build and re-sale shared ownership homes.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Consultant to join our Shared Ownership team. You will play a key role in maximising sales opportunities across our live developments, guiding customers through the Shared Ownership journey from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will also support the wider team and contribute to the continued success of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and maximise new business and sales opportunities across available Shared Ownership stock
- Agree and achieve individual sales targets, while contributing to wider departmental and regional objectives across weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual periods
- Proactively generate viewing opportunities and maximise interest in available properties and live developments.
- Travel to development sites to conduct property viewings, client appointments and completion handovers, ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout.
- Generate solicitor referrals on new sales, contributing to additional income opportunities for both the department and individual.
- Handle incoming enquiries and speak with prospective buyers by telephone, registering their interest and understanding their requirements for Shared Ownership.
- Arrange consultations with our partner financial team to complete Shared Ownership eligibility and affordability checks.
- Manage offers through to reservation, ensuring all relevant processes and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Complete and maintain weekly client reports on live developments

What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure and the ability to prioritise accordingly
- Skilled at generating viewing and cross selling opportunities and hitting targets
- Ability to communicate to inexperienced buyers and overcome challenges
- Experience in sales, ideally within the estate agency or Shared Ownership sector preferred
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Strong people and communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
