📅Here's The Exciting Bit… A Day Includes
You will support on all aspects of the Shared Services function including telephone calls, dealing with emails and managing and updating multiple systems.
The purpose of the role is to provide a centralised and effective support function to the wider Head Office and Store teams; with particular attention to queries expected to result from an ongoing deployment of a new Time and Attendance system. The Shared Service function is the point of call for all queries regarding Payroll Systems, Processes & Payslips.

Our aim is to create a streamlined and effective support system by taking a pro-active approach and communicating effectively with the rest of the business.
📝Key Responsibilities
- To support on the Shared Services helpdesk for all Superdrug and Savers colleagues with questions, queries and advice regarding pay and in particular regarding any queries on the new T/A system.
- To work with all business units to ensure timely communication to all colleagues around paydays and changes to timescales.
- To investigate and resolve pay queries by speaking to Store Managers, Area Managers and the People Teams working collaboratively with colleagues in the Shared Services and Payroll Team.
- To Always Maintain a high standard of customer service.
- To produce letters, references and contracts.

Person Specification
- Ability to manage and answer a large volume of calls daily, the team can collectively take between 50 – 100 calls a day, with the latter being on pay day
- Being able to deal with sensitive situations effectively whilst being empathetic and discreet.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high volume, high quality work to demanding deadlines;
- Excellent numeric, written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent planning and organisational skills;
- IT literate; including knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Use of bespoke software such as Oracle or similar HR systems
- Confident, resilient and self-motivated, with a highly organised approach to work;
- A good team player who is happy working in a team or individually
