ShareDo Configurator / Developer
Location: Hybrid / London
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Will also consider contractors)
About the Opportunity
This is a hands-on role focused on turning client requirements and business processes into well-designed, scalable solutions using ShareDo. You'll work across workflow configuration, document automation, data models, client portals and integrations, working closely with Solution and Technical Architects as well as clients.
It's an opportunity to work on interesting technology projects within a growing consultancy, with plenty of scope to develop your technical and consulting skills.
What You'll Be Doing
- Configure, develop and optimise ShareDo workflows for case and matter management
- Build and deliver client portals, dashboards, reporting and BPMN-driven workflows
- Translate business and client requirements into practical, scalable ShareDo solutions
- Design relational data models, schemas, forms and business rules
- Build and support integrations between ShareDo and SaaS/on-premise platforms using APIs
- Work with Microsoft technologies including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Power Platform
- Develop and maintain document automation, templates and dynamic documents
- Work closely with Solution and Technical Architects throughout the design and delivery lifecycle
- Test configurations thoroughly, troubleshoot issues and resolve defects
- Support client demonstrations, testing and implementation activities where required

What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone with experience configuring and delivering business applications, workflow platforms or similar SaaS solutions.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience with ShareDo or a comparable workflow, case management, low-code or business application platform
- Strong experience with Microsoft Word document automation, templates and document generation
- A good understanding of object modelling and relational data concepts
- Experience translating business requirements into technical configurations
- An understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Experience working with Azure DevOps, Jira and/or Confluence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A degree in IT, Business Technology, Law, Accounting or a related discipline is desirable, but equivalent professional experience will also be considered

Desirable Experience
- Previous ShareDo implementation or configuration experience
- DocuSign and/or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) integrations
- JavaScript and/or C#
- CRM or Document Management System (DMS) integrations
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience working within legal, insurance or professional services
