We're looking for an experienced SharePoint SME to join a major UK organisation on an initial 6-month contract. This is a hands-on technical role focused on enhancing and optimising a mature Microsoft 365 environment, with particular emphasis on SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Viva, Power Platform, governance, and user adoption. The role will be hybrid with ideally 3 days onsite near TW6.
You will act as the go-to expert for SharePoint, helping to modernise and improve the existing platform, drive best practice, support governance initiatives, and deliver practical solutions that improve collaboration and business processes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and enhance SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions
- Develop governance, policies, standards and user guidance
- Gather requirements and deliver solutions across SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform
- Develop SPFx web parts, adaptive cards and automated workflows
- Improve SharePoint search, site architecture and permissions management
- Support migrations, platform improvements and future Microsoft 365 initiatives
Experience Required:
- Strong SharePoint Online administration and development experience
- Expertise across Microsoft 365, including Teams and Viva
- SPFx web part and adaptive card development
- PowerShell, Power Automate and Power Apps experience
- Knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, CSS and HTML
- Experience implementing SharePoint governance and best practice.
