You will be joining a major enterprise environment supporting and developing a complex SharePoint estate across both on-premises and Microsoft 365 platforms.
Your new role
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer / SharePoint SME to provide 3rd line technical support and specialist expertise across a SharePoint environment. This is a hands-on position requiring strong technical capability across SharePoint administration, upgrades and platform support.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the 3rd line escalation point for complex SharePoint issues
- Lead SharePoint Server 2019 to SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE) upgrade activities
- Manage and support SharePoint Online within Microsoft 365
- Ensure platform performance, reliability and security
- Support ongoing development and enhancement of the SharePoint estate

What you'll need to succeed
Essential skills and experience
- Strong experience with SharePoint Server 2019
- Experience with SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE)
- SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) expertise
- Experience supporting enterprise SharePoint environments
- Strong troubleshooting and 3rd line support capability
Desirable skills and experience
- OneDrive
- Microsoft Teams
- Exchange Online
- Power Automate
- Power Apps
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities
Preferred certifications
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102)
- Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
- Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
- Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900)
