This role helps services move information safely into Microsoft 365, making documents easier to access, manage and protect.
You’ll work with Digital Services and colleagues across the organisation to support the move from shared drives to SharePoint Online. Your work will help teams store information in the right place, reduce risk, and keep services running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Review shared drive content, folder structures, permissions and data volumes
- Support teams to prepare for migration, including data review and destination mapping
- Use approved tools to migrate information into SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
- Keep clear records, trackers, reports and issue logs
- Support checks after migration to make sure information is accessible and secure

You might have experience in information technology, digital services, information management or project support. You’ll need good Microsoft 365 knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to explain technical information clearly. We welcome people who can work well with others, follow processes, solve routine issues and keep accurate records.
