Overview
At SharkNinja, we're building an AI-native business. We don't just use AI—we experiment, innovate and continuously challenge how work gets done.
We're looking for curious problem-solvers to join SharkByte, our Applied AI & Analytics Early Careers programme.
Working alongside technical experts and business teams, you'll help solve real business challenges using AI, automation and data analytics. From identifying opportunities to building AI-powered solutions, you'll contribute to projects that have genuine business impact from day one.
This is an intensive programme designed for people who enjoy experimenting, solving problems and learning quickly in a fast-paced environment.
SharkByte is designed for people who don't just want to learn about AI—they want to experiment with it, build with it and help shape how it's used across SharkNinja.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of the SharkByte program, you'll:
- Work with business stakeholders to understand challenges and identify opportunities where AI and analytics can create value.
- Build, test and improve AI-powered workflows that help automate tasks and improve business processes.
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and actionable insights that support business decisions.
- Design, refine and optimise AI prompts, workflows and automation solutions using the latest AI tools.
- Create dashboards, reports and visualisations that communicate insights clearly and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Commercial and Operations teams on cross-functional AI initiatives.
- Present recommendations and project outcomes to stakeholders across the business.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes using AI and automation.
- Continuously experiment with emerging AI technologies and contribute fresh ideas that help drive SharkNinja's AI transformation.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for naturally curious people who enjoy solving problems, experimenting with technology and finding smarter ways of working.
You'll likely be:
- A recent graduate or in the final year of a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- Passionate about AI and excited by emerging technologies.
- Comfortable analysing data and turning insights into meaningful recommendations.
- Confident communicating ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Naturally curious, proactive and eager to learn.
- Someone who enjoys experimenting, building and continuously improving.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Experience using Large Language Models such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini.
- Experience building AI workflows, automations or prompt libraries.
- Working knowledge of Python, SQL or similar programming languages.
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau or other data visualisation tools.
- Personal AI projects, hackathons or portfolios you're excited to talk about.
- Experience working with real-world datasets.
- An interest in consumer products, retail or e-commerce.
