Depending on your chosen apprenticeship, your programme will typically last between two and four years, combining structured learning with hands-on experience in the workplace. You will learn from experienced colleagues, develop practical and professional skills, and take on real responsibilities as you progress. With dedicated support and development throughout your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to build your confidence and create strong foundations for your future career.
Main Responsibilities –
- Supporting the implementation of the SHE Management System (set out in Risk Control Elements RCE00 through to RCE28) at the Clevedon site.
- To support internal audits on processes at PC Clevedon in line with the requirements of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local procedures, whilst working towards an integrated SHEQ approach.
- To track and report on SHE related non-conformances.
- To support SHE related projects as required.
- To promote and influence a positive safety culture within the product company.
- To support process owners to achieve a sustainable approach to the assessment of all risks in their area, the recording of such risks and the swift introduction of measures to minimize such risks, both preventative and protective.

Must be a good communicator and have excellent fluency in spoken and written English.

This role is being offered as an apprenticeship L3 (equivalent to A Levels)

GCSE in English and Maths grade 4 (C) or above

Microsoft Office applications, basic I.T. skills

Shows empathy when dealing with people who may be working in difficult situations.

Job location
This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Bristol, United Kingdom (GB). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
