What are you looking for?


SHE Advisor - location Oxford

M Group Water have a Vacancy for a SHE Advisor - location Oxford.

You’ll be a vital part of our team, spending most of your time on-site across Thames Water Retail contracts, ensuring operational safety and compliance. You’ll lead site inspections, review RAMS, prepare clear reports, and provide hands-on SHEQ guidance to teams.

  • You’ll investigate incidents
  • Support accident prevention initiatives
  • Deliver inductions
  • Facilitate SHEQ training

Your knowledge will help maintain our industry standards, compiling KPI reports, supporting audits, and promoting a proactive safety culture for continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
