What You'll Be Doing
At GAP Hire Solutions, we're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Risk & Compliance Administrator to join our Safety, Risk & Environmental team based at our Glasgow Head Office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy operational environment, has a strong eye for detail, and excellent reporting skills.
The role will primarily involve the efficient and effective administration of GAP Group's tracker/Theft Recovery solution systems, workplace incidents, insurance and safety matters. In addition, the successful candidate will be involved in the production and document management of risk information and MI.
About You
What We're Looking for
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced administration role preferably within a Health & Safety or compliance environment
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent IT skills, including Excel and Word
- A proactive approach to the workload and the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst managing customer requirements in a professional manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt and react to change in a challenging and dynamic environment
