Sheet Metal Worker
Location: Heywood, England, North West
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to £18 per hour + OT @ T1/2 = £27/hr
Hours: 38 hrs Monday to Thurs 0730 -1530 Friday 0730-1330
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker on a temporary to permanent basis for a client in the North Manchester area near Heywood/Rochdale. Plenty available Position: Temporary - Permanent for the right candidate
Main Duties
- Manufacturing components from aluminium, stainless steel & other sheet metals
- Operating guillotines, folders, rollers, swagers, and beading machines
- Marking out, measuring, cutting, rolling, and forming sheet metal
- Reading job sheets, drawings, and customer dimensions

Requirements
- Previous sheet-metal fabrication experience
- Confidence using standard sheet metal workshop machinery
- Ability to work accurately from measurements and drawings
- Good practical and basic numerical skills
