Advice Online Manager (AOL)
Location: Flexible with a minimum of 1 day per week working in the office (offices based in Cardiff, Swansea, Rhyl, Felinheli, and Wrexham).
Salary: £33,739 per annum (pro rata) - £20,243pa
Contract: Permanent (subject to continued funding)
Hours: 21 hours per week

You will manage and develop Shelter Cymru’s Advice Online (AOL) information resource as an effective homelessness prevention tool. This will include managing the AOL team as well as leading continually improvements in design and content in response to feedback and changing technology, aimed at ensuring the accuracy of, and increasing the usability and effectiveness of, the resource.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the AOL information resource
- Lead improvements in design and content
- Ensure accuracy and effectiveness of the resource
