Shelter Cymru help thousands of people each year across Wales who are affected by the housing emergency by offering free, confidential and independent advice.
Solicitor
Location: Flexible with a minimum of 1 day per week working in the office (offices based in Cardiff, Swansea, Rhyl, Felinheli and Wrexham).
Salary: £38,183 per annum (pro rata - £30,546pa)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 28 hours per week
Shelter Cymru are looking for a Solicitor to join their Legal Services Team.
The Legal team provides specialist legal advice on all areas of housing law to Shelter Cymru’s network of housing advice services. The Solicitor post holder will be expected to provide a range of legal services and support for Shelter Cymru staff including litigation and consultancy work.
The delivery and development of this National Housing Advice network is one of the primary means by which Shelter Cymru fulfils its aims and objectives of preventing homelessness and improving bad housing conditions.
