Role Description
The SHEQ Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Worcestershire, supporting Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality activities across the business. The role involves maintaining SHEQ documentation, records, and databases, ensuring policies, procedures, and risk assessments are up to date and compliant with relevant standards. - Coordinating incident reporting and investigation logs
- Supporting internal audits
- Helping prepare materials for external inspections and certifications
- Assisting with training records, toolbox talks, and communication of SHEQ updates to team members
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by tracking corrective actions and performance metrics

The role works closely with operations, manufacturing, and management to promote a strong SHEQ culture in daily activities.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, including document control, data entry, and record management.
- Knowledge of health and safety, environmental, and quality management principles (e.g., ISO standards, risk assessments, incident reporting).
- Proficiency with office software (such as Excel, Word, and database systems) and ability to learn SHEQ-related digital tools.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for drafting procedures, reports, and internal communications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling compliance documentation and audit evidence.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with staff at all levels on SHEQ matters.
- Relevant certification or training in health and safety, environmental management, or quality (e.g., NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or construction environment is beneficial.
